Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join The Organics SkyGarden rooftop bar in Milan. You will craft cocktails, provide warm hospitality, and customize drinks to guest preferences, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience, fluent Italian and English, and a passion for hospitality. We offer generous Hyatt benefits and international growth opportunities in a dynamic, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the cocktail menu and beverage offerings.
• Take orders accurately and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
