Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale is seeking a passionate Bartender for The Organics SkyGarden, our rooftop bar with panoramic views over Milan, where signature cocktails and contemporary flavors create unforgettable experiences.

You will welcome guests, craft beverages to recipes, and ensure an engaging guest experience while adhering to safety and service standards. The role requires evening/weekend availability and fluency in Italian and English, with opportunities for growth within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Valid Italian work permit.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and preferences.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the cocktail menu and offerings.
• Take orders accurately and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
