Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks a Chef de Partie for Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel. You will oversee a kitchen section and support senior chefs, ensuring high standards and timely preparation of dishes.

The role requires 2–3 years’ kitchen experience, hospitality training, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining HACCP guidelines. Fluency in local language with English valued; Italian workplace with full-time commitment.

Competenze

• 2–3 years’ kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Fluent in local language; English knowledge is valuable.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS software.

Mansioni

• Oversee a kitchen section and support senior chefs in the hotel kitchen.
• Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes according to recipes/menu.
• Supervise cooks and assist as needed in various aspects of food handling and preparation.
• Ensure quality, presentation and quantity of food; control storage and inventory.
