Italian Hospitality Collection in Rome is seeking a talented and passionate Director of Food & Beverage Operations who will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations, delivering the brand promise and outstanding guest service while achieving financial objectives.

The role requires at least 3 years of F&B management experience in international luxury brands, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• At least 3 years experience within F&B management roles (International Luxury Brands).
• Knowledge of F&B System Simphony by Oracle.
• Proven track record of leadership and ability to assess and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent people management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Motivated and problem solving driven even in challenging situations.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
• Excellent communication skills; Being a point of reference for the entire F&B team and lead by example.
• Fluency in Italian & English language - extra language would be preferred

Mansioni

• Lead and manage daily hotel operations including, but not limited to seasonal and strategic planning, hotel budgeting and forecasting, managing balanced scorecard performance, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, coordinating capital and property improvement plans, responding to guests inquiries and concerns, and coordinating the necessary internal team communication schedule.
• Oversee service quality, guest satisfaction and brand standards compliance
• Drive and guide F&B financial performance based on established objectives. Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency opportunities, and implement measures to maximize their impact.
• Implement and manage hotel's daily quality process to include, but not limited to, communicating goals, empowering team members, managing service recovery techniques and problem resolution.
• Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly department heads and managers, to include, but not limited to, regular 1-to-1 feedback sessions, leadership coaching, professional career development, conducting annual PDR’s (personal development reviews) and delivering recognition and reward.
