Job summary

Tailor&Fox, your HR partner, seeks a Country Manager for Italy (Rome) to assume full responsibility for the unit's P&L, performance and strategic direction within a multinational renewable energy environment.

The ideal candidate will lead commercial, project management and service functions, engage with key customers, travel in Italy and abroad, and ensure compliance with group policies and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Managing Director, Country Manager, General Manager, or CEO.
• Experience managing full P&L and leading multi-functional organizations.
• Proven success in business development and commercial leadership.
• Experience operating within international and matrix organizations.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally when required.
• Strong commercial orientation combined with operational and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business.
• Assume full responsibility for the country's P&L and business performance.
• Ensure effective coordination between commercial, project management and service activities.
• Drive business growth by building key stakeholder relationships, engaging in customer negotiations, and supporting the sales organization.
• Collaborate with the Service and Project Management Leadership Team to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Represent the organization towards Regional and Global Headquarters.
• Ensure implementation of Group policies, governance procedures and compliance standards.
• Monitor business KPIs and define corrective actions when required.
• Lead and motivate all the employees across the Country towards Group mission.
• Act as Legal Representative of the company where required.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment regulations, including responsibilities related to Legislative Decree 81/2008.
