Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end development of renewable energy projects across Italy (permitting, financing, construction).
• Shape and implement the strategic roadmap for the Italian market in alignment with global business priorities.
• Lead, support, and scale the Italian development team, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring consistent project delivery standards.
• Act as the company's senior representative in Italy, engaging with institutions, industry associations, events, conferences, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in renewable energy project development, with significant exposure to the Italian market.
• Robust understanding of national permitting procedures, regulatory requirements, and the broader legislative environment influencing renewable projects.
