Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Greece is seeking Romanian-speaking Financial Customer Experts to support international clients with complex transactions and account management. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality service.

Native or fluent Romanian is required, along with strong English, and a background in finance or banking.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
Proven professional experience in finance, banking, or high-end customer relations.
Strong analytical thinking and interest in global financial markets.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional support to international clients regarding complex financial transactions and account management.
Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal security policies while handling customer inquiries.
Maintain a deep understanding of financial products to provide accurate and professional guidance to your portfolio of clients.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in client accounts through meticulous data analysis and professional communication.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall client experience in the finance sector.
Manage high-priority escalations with precision, upholding the premium brand standards of our financial partners.
