Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Romanian-speaking GenAI content trust and safety experts to moderate AI-generated content and ensure compliance with platform safety policies.

Based in Greece, you will relocate to Athens and work with cross-functional teams to refine trust and safety protocols while providing Romanian language insights to improve AI model accuracy. English fluency is required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Greece).
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or trust and safety environments is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English to facilitate team communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and moderate AI-generated content to ensure alignment with safety guidelines and policies.
• Identify, report, and mitigate risks associated with GenAI outputs to maintain a secure user environment.
• Analyze social media trends to improve automated content filtering systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trust and safety protocols.
• Provide linguistic feedback to improve accuracy and cultural nuances of AI models in Romanian.
