ABB Robotics Division in Italy seeks a results‑oriented engineer to develop customized robotic and automation solutions for industrial customers. You will evaluate software architectures and feasibility during both quotation and project execution, and contribute to the lifecycle from requirements to testing and commissioning.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to deliver integrated robotics solutions that meet customer needs, while

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master level degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical).
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics software, PLC programming, SCADA, and manufacturing automation applications.
• Strong understanding of software architectures, industrial communication protocols and system integration concepts.
• Experience with robot programming, simulation tools, industrial networks and automation platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions, software effort and project risks during proposal and engineering phases.
• Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving attitude and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent Italian and English.
