Novartis Farma S.p.A. in Torre Annunziata (Italy) seeks a Robotics Expert (Super SME) to own the end-to-end robotics technology strategy for shared Work Centers.

You will bridge market scans with shop-floor needs, aligning initiatives with site and enterprise goals. You will lead deployments, collaborate across ITOT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, and ensure compliance with validation, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards while advancing automation through cobots, AMRs, and machine

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Engineering.
• 6+ years of robotics, automation, or smart manufacturing experience.
• Experience delivering robotics projects from pilot to full implementation.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and robotics integration in manufacturing.
• Understanding regulated manufacturing requirements (GxP, validation, data integrity).

• Drive Site Robotics Strategy & Innovation across manufacturing, labs, warehousing, and support functions.
• Lead Robotics Solution Deployment from concept to full-scale implementation.
• Serve as Site Robotics Subject Matter Expert for ITOT and operations teams.
• Evaluate emerging robotics technologies (cobots, AMRs, vision, and AI).
• Establish standards for cybersecurity, validation, and OT governance.
