Novartis is seeking a Robotics Expert (Super SME) to own the end-to-end robotics strategy for shared Work Centers at the Torre Annunziata site. You will bridge emerging robotics with shop-floor needs, moving solutions from market scan to implementation while closely coordinating with vendors and IT/OT teams.

The role demands deep technical expertise, strong project management, and the ability to drive adoption across Manufacturing, Quality, Digital, and Operations to deliver measurable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in robotics-related field.
• 6+ years in robotics, automation, or smart manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering robotics projects from concept to operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Mansioni

• Drive site robotics strategy and innovation across manufacturing, labs, and warehousing.
• Lead robotics solution deployment from proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation.
• Act as site robotics SME to guide IT/OT teams on architecture and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging robotics tech (cobots, AMRs, vision, automation) for ROI and compliance.
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, validation, quality, regulatory, and OT governance.
