Caracol AM in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to validate, test and support the software used in our additive manufacturing systems. You will work closely with Customer Success, Engineering and R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure customers achieve top performance.

Ideal background includes a degree or ITS diploma in Industrial Automation or Mechatronics, 1–3 years in software testing and validation plus technical customer support in industrial automation or

Competenze

• 1–3 years in software testing and validation in automation/robotics
• Technical customer support experience in industrial automation or robotics
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory

Mansioni

• Validate, test and support software used in Caracol’s additive manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and R&D to troubleshoot issues
• Assist in reporting bugs and suggesting improvements
