Generative Bionics in Genova, Italy, is seeking a Head of Industrialization to lead the end-to-end industrialization of humanoid robotic platforms, spanning both Make and Buy scopes.

You will transform product designs and prototypes into robust, scalable industrial systems, manage components, methods, tooling, and production processes, and govern the industrialization roadmap across programs.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in Industrialization, Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, or Supplier Development engineering.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading products from prototype to production ramp-up and implementing Make-or-Buy strategies.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the overall industrialization strategy for Generative Bionics’ humanoid platforms, covering internal and external components.
• Build, lead, and develop the Industrialization & Engineering organization with clear roles and processes.
• Translate product roadmaps into industrial master plans covering processes, tooling, facilities, and capacity.
• Establish a scalable operating model from prototypes through pre-series and serial production.
• Serve as the primary industrial interface between Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Set priorities, resources, budgets, and execution plans across multiple development programs.
