Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our team in bringing cutting-edge robotic platforms to life. You will own and architect critical software and systems, coordinating across engineering to drive from prototype to robust real-world operation.

The role emphasizes high-agency, end-to-end ownership, and collaboration with an elite team, with equity upside and a chance to shape category-defining initiatives. Excellent English communication is required.

• You will work across engineering and deployment to take robotic capabilities from prototypes into robust, repeatable real-world operation.
