EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our high-growth team in Lombardia, Italy. You will lead the transition from early builds to scalable production, develop manufacturing operations, and drive supplier relationships and quality systems while collaborating closely with engineering and commercial leaders.

This role demands a high-agency mindset and strong English communication skills.

Tasks

• You will lead the transition from early builds to reliable, repeatable production, establishing the processes, capabilities, and teams needed to scale.
• You will develop manufacturing operations, supplier relationships, quality systems, and production plans while improving efficiency, cost, and delivery.
• You will work closely with engineering and operations to industrialise products, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver key production milestones.
