Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a high-growth, equity-enabled team in Italy’s Lombardy region. You will develop and integrate software for robotic platforms, ensuring reliable perception, navigation and operation in real-world conditions.

You will test and improve autonomy, sensing, and controls through simulation and hands-on evaluation, collaborating across engineering and deployment to scale prototypes into repeatable operations.

• You will test, debug, and improve autonomy, sensing, controls, and system performance through simulation and real-world evaluation.


• You will work across engineering and deployment to take robotic capabilities from prototypes into robust, repeatable real-world operation.
