Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join the Risk Advanced Technology team in Rome through our Professional Graduate Programme. This hybrid role offers exposure to risk analytics, AI, and digital transformation, with a chance to contribute to innovative risk management solutions.

The role focuses on deploying ML and BI techniques to monitor risk, develop quantitative models, and support clients across financial and operational risk domains.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant STEM or management fields.
• Interest in risk management, business processes and digital transformation.
• Foundations in data analysis, ML/AI and risk concepts.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Apply ML/AI techniques to analyze risks and detect anomalies.
• Develop quantitative models (PD, LGD, EAD, ECL) with senior guidance.
• Create dashboards and dynamic reports for risk monitoring.
• Support clients in evolving risk management and digital transformation.
• Collaborate on new risk solutions using generative AI and explainable ML.
• Participate in requirements, analysis, modelling, implementation and go-live.
• Prepare deliverables and communicate results clearly to clients.
• Interact with stakeholders with team support.
