Marsh Risk invites recent graduates to join the Property Risk Consulting team in Milan through the Professional Graduate Programme. The hybrid role blends site visits, risk assessment, and engineering work to mitigate fires, explosions, and other property threats.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to risk analysis, insurance support, and loss prevention, with structured training, mentorship, and a clear path from internship (€800 monthly) to apprenticeship (€28,000+ annual gross).

Qualifications

• University Master Degree in Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Advanced IT skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for short business trips in Italy.
• Valid Driving Licence (B).

Responsibilities

• On-site property risk assessments: fire, explosion, theft, and other risks.
• Support for property-related insurance and risk transfer activities.
• Loss prevention planning aligned with international standards and local regulations.
• Engineering activities on fire protection topics and hydraulic calculations.
• Business interruption risk analysis for operational impacts.
• Special projects on extreme events and machinery breakdown analysis.
