Job summary

GVS in Bologna, Italy, seeks a Junior Global Key Account Manager for its Energy & Mobility Division. Based at the Group Headquarters in Zola Predosa, the role supports development of opportunities and customer relationships by combining technical expertise with a commercial mindset.

You will work with Engineering, Product Development and Operations to drive filtration solutions from opportunity to industrialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in automotive and energy storage sectors.
• Willingness to travel internationally (≈30%).

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of customer relationships within Energy & Mobility filtration business.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and product performance expectations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative approach.
• Provide technical support during product selection and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
