Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Retail Trainee to join our Cartier South-East Europe boutique team in Tivoli, Italy. You will support the boutique with daily operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure.

You will welcome clients, assist with appointments, manage traffic, and coordinate with Sales Associates and other staff. Fluent English and Italian are preferred, and previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.

YOUR MISSION

You will have the opportunity to join our Cartier South-East Europe Commercial Department as a Retail Trainee in boutique. In this role, you will support the entire boutique team in key daily operational tasks while contributing to delivering an exceptional and memorable client experience.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming boutique environment, supporting client welcoming, hospitality, traffic orientation and waiting time management. You will work closely with the boutique team to ensure that all visitors are taken care of in the most appropriate and efficient manner, while embodying the Maison’s values and standards.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Client Experience & Hospitality

• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment, contributing to an exceptional client journey from arrival to departure.
• Welcome and orient clients within the boutique, managing traffic and waiting times according to their needs and expectations.
• Inform clients about approximate waiting times and ensure a smooth handover to the first available Sales Associate.
• Support the management of boutique appointments and client flow as needed.
• Offer hospitality services and ensure clients are comfortably looked after while waiting.
• Adapt the approach according to clients’ needs and expectations, contributing to a tailored and memorable experience.
• Convey the passion, heritage and values of the Maison, developing strong knowledge of product categories and Maison storytelling.

Sales & Client Service Support

• Assist the team in preparing client appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates, Stockists, Cashiers and Boutique Assistants to ensure smooth boutique operations.
• Accompany clients to the door upon departure, ensuring a seamless end to their boutique experience.

Daily Boutique Operations & Environment

• Respect and uphold all Maison and boutique policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Support the replenishment of boutique facilities and non-sellable materials, ensuring appropriate storage organization.
• Support appointment setting
• Contribute to operational excellence and support special boutique projects and activities when required.

Teamwork & Maison Ambassadorship

• Collaborate closely with the boutique team, contributing to a positive, inclusive and productive working environment.
• Uphold Cartier standards by demonstrating a professional, approachable and client-oriented attitude.
• Build strong relationships across the boutique team and contribute to a collaborative way of working.
• Remain curious about the Maison, the luxury industry, market trends and the competitive environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 6 months internship
• Reimbursement: 900 euros per month
• 8 euros Satispay meal vouchers for each day
