Cartier is seeking a Retail Trainee in boutique within the South-East Europe Commercial Department. You will support the boutique team in daily operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.

As an ambassador of the Maison, you will welcome clients, manage traffic and waiting times, assist appointments, and help with stock and boutique activities. Fluent English and Italian are required, and previous retail or hospitality exposure is a plus.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong client and service orientation with a genuine interest in hospitality and luxury retail.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital tools.

• Create a warm and welcoming boutique environment and deliver an exceptional client journey.
• Welcome and orient clients, manage traffic and waiting times, and hand over to Sales Associates.
• Support boutique appointments, stock replenishment, and non-sellable materials management.
