Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an Ambassador of the Maison in Lombardy to ensure smooth daily operations and back-office performance. You will maintain stock levels, assist with opening/closing, and act as IT liaison to minimize disruption while supporting sales floor continuity.

The role requires hospitality or luxury retail ops experience, fluency in English and Italian, and strong attention to detail and customer needs. A team-player mindset is essential to success.

YOUR MISSION:

As an Ambassador of the Maison, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of daily operational activities. The individual will contribute significantly to optimal back-office performance and maintain organizational security, collaborating closely with the Manager and various departments to uphold the Maison's high standards.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Boutique Operational Excellence:

• Ensure strict adherence to all brand and boutique operational policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown activities.
• Manage and maintain optimal stock levels for all boutique facilities, including packaging, office supplies, and general consumables, initiating orders and addressing shortages proactively.
• Execute timely replenishment of proximity stock on the sales floor to support continuous sales operations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the boutique, liaising effectively with the central IT department to ensure prompt resolution and minimal operational disruption.

Back-Office & Administrative Support:

• Provide essential support to back-office staff in the reception, processing, and loading of goods.
• Maintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information.
• Organize and manage the secure archiving of confidential files and documents.
• Perform professional receptionist duties, managing communications and visitor interactions effectively.

Inventory & Data Management:

• Participate actively in all inventory counts and contribute to stock reconciliation processes.
• Accurately perform price labeling for merchandise.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? We are looking for candidates with previous experience hospitality sector or in luxury Retail with a focus on operations; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs. Team-Player approach and Fluent in English and Italian.
