Responsibilities include staying current on Apple products and Genius Bar repair processes, supporting customers with empathy, and collaborating with team leaders to resolve issues and share insights for process improvements.

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in-store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.
