Job summary

MINISO is expanding in Italy and seeks a Construction Manager in Milan who will lead end-to-end store construction, openings, maintenance and closures. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects start on time, stay within budget, and meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Construction/Project Management in multi-site retail.
• Experience managing store openings, refurbishments, maintenance and closures.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, permits and health & safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating with external contractors, architects and consultants.
• Registration as architect or engineer is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end store construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects from planning through completion, opening and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones and deadlines for each store opening.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of projects.
• Select and monitor architects, contractors and maintenance providers to meet quality and safety standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permits and health & safety across all activities.
• Manage budgets and supplier quotations; report progress and risks to stakeholders.
