You will provide product, promotion, and pricing information, guide customers, manage pricing discrepancies, and support store operations to maintain a pristine environment.

The ideal candidate has strong English skills, is comfortable with customer service, and can inspire both customers and colleagues while actively pursuing targets.

Competenze

• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired.
• Chinese language skills are appreciated.
• Retail or service industry experience.
• Great customer service and people skills.
• Ability to communicate and inspire customers and colleagues.
• Good numeracy and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• To maximize sales for the store.
• To develop enduring relationships with clients.
• To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request.
• To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy.
• To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
• To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance.
• To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
• To handle returns of merchandise.
• To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard.
• To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store.
• To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
• To operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
• To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
• To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
