Ralph Lauren in Italy seeks a Store Leader to drive store performance and profitability with a customer-first culture. You will lead and develop the team to deliver operational excellence, inventory productivity, and compliance.

Starting base salary is €43,000 (Full Time). Bonus up to 15% and meal vouchers are offered. English and the local language are required, as is MS Office proficiency and a proactive, dynamic attitude.

• Professional experience within a Retail environment.
• Proactive, positive and dynamic personality.
• High people service orientation.
• Good social and communication skills.
• Understanding of delivering performance against KPIs.
• Experience within MS Office suite.
• Required language: English + local language.
