Job summary

Delonghi is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Media Strategist to lead Retail Media across Europe, coordinating campaigns with major retailers like MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro and Darty. You will bridge performance marketing and commercial sales to win the digital shelf and deliver measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes end-to-end campaign management, budget optimization for ROAS, daily bid and creative testing, and providing weekly performance insights to the Head of Paid Media.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Paid Media campaigns.
• 7+ years in marketing/media roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Looker.
• Full professional fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of retail media campaigns across major European retailers.
• Develop and implement bespoke media plans for partners aligned with peaks and launches.
• Manage and allocate budgets to hit ROAS and market share targets.
• Daily monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords and creatives.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance insights to Head of Paid Media.
• Serve as technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and networks.
