Delonghi is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Media Strategist to drive Retail Media across Europe. You will lead end-to-end campaigns with major retailers, bridging performance marketing and commercial sales to maximize ROAS and market share.

A learning path will be created to deepen Retail Media expertise within a global team. You will own planning, bidding optimization, and reporting, collaborating with trade marketing and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Paid Media campaigns
• 7+ years in marketing/media roles
• Strong analytical mindset
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus

Responsabilités

• End-to-end management of retail media campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display, Video) across major European retailers
• Develop and implement bespoke media plans for partners aligned with seasonal peaks and product launches
• Manage and allocate retail media budgets to hit ROAS and market share targets
• Daily monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creative assets
• Provide reporting and insights with weekly/monthly performance deep-dives
