De'Longhi is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Media Strategist to drive Retail Media across Europe, acting as the engine for retail plans with major partners. You will bridge performance marketing and commercial sales to win the digital shelf and deliver measurable ROI.

A learning path will deepen Retail Media expertise within a global team and you’ll shape the roadmap for the company’s digital transformation in retail media space.

Formación

• 3–5 years in Paid Media campaigns; 7+ years in marketing/media roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Looker.
• Full professional fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams and partners.
• Growth mindset with a passion for Retail Media.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of retail media campaigns across major European retailers.
• Develop and implement bespoke media plans for partners aligned with seasonal peaks and product launches.
• Manage and allocate retail media budgets to hit ROAS and market share targets.
• Daily monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creative assets to maximize visibility.
• Provide reporting and insights with weekly/monthly performance deep-dives and summaries.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external networks.
