Delonghi is seeking a hands-on Retail Media Specialist to drive European campaigns for a global advertiser. You will bridge performance marketing with commercial sales, collaborating with top retailers to craft tailored plans and optimize spend.

You will learn Retail Media in depth, shaping the roadmap with the Head of Paid Media and influencing digital transformation. This data-driven, cross-functional role has measurable impact across budgets and ROAS.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Looker.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end management of retail media campaigns across major European retailers (Sponsored Products, Display, Video).
• Develop and execute bespoke media plans for retailers such as MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro.
• Budget management to hit ROAS and market share targets.
• Daily performance monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creatives.
• Translate data into actionable insights; provide weekly/monthly performance deep-dives and summaries.
• Serve as technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators.
