Experimental Roma cerca personale per l’area ristorazione con solida esperienza nel settore e buon inglese. È richiesta conoscenza di Opera e Symphony; altre lingue sono considerate un valore aggiunto. La figura partecipa all’organizzazione del servizio, al training del team e alla promozione dei servizi dell’hotel.

Verranno valutate proattività, autonomia e capacità di gestione delle priorità, con attenzione al servizio al cliente e alle relazioni con gli ospiti.

Competenze

• Conoscenza approfondita del settore ristorazione e ospitalità.
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese; conoscenza di una lingua aggiuntiva apprezzata.

Mansioni

• Conoscere il menù e la composizione dei piatti.
• Garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti e del team quotidianamente.
• Assicurare il rispetto delle impostazioni per i servizi (pranzo e cena).
• Partecipare all’organizzazione del servizio di una o più sale: prendere e seguire gli ordini, servizio al tavolo, riordinare i tavoli.
• Applicare gli standard e le procedure di servizio.
• Supportare il team di gestione con formazione, motivazione e supervisione.
• Gestire turni, formazione ed valutazioni del personale.
• Partecipare alla promozione e vendita dei servizi dell’hotel.
• Considerare intolleranze (allergeni, diete).

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. ABOUT THE JOB

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Knowing the menu and the composition of dishes inside and out.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Ensuring compliance with the setup requirements for the different services (lunch and dinner).
• Participating in and organising the service of one or more sections: taking and following up on orders, table service, clearing tables.
• Ensuring the application of all service standards and procedures.
• Assisting the Management team with the training, motivation, and supervision of the team.
• Supervising and managing operational teams: staff schedules, training, evaluations.
• Participating in the promotion and sales of the hotel’s services.
• Taking into consideration intolerances (allergens, dietary requirements).

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, previous experience in the hospitality sector, and a good command of English. Knowledge of Opera and Symphony software, as well as an additional language, would be appreciated. Finally, if you are proactive, autonomous, adaptable, well-organised, and have a strong sense of initiative, if you are efficient in managing priorities and have excellent guest relations and customer service skills, then this position is made for you.
