Experimental Roma is seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our opening team in Rome. You will deliver dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, set up service spaces, and ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service staff.

Fluency in Italian and English, availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and a passion for Italian hospitality are required. Training opportunities and mobility across destinations are offered.

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.

Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.

The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB

As part of their duties, he/she will be responsible for:

• Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and acting as the liaison between the chef de rang and the kitchen,
• Setting up trays, sideboards, and room service trays before service,
• Preparing and delivering room service trays to guest rooms,
• Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,
• Ensuring all work areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
• Contributing to smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area by responding quickly to the needs of both teams,
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct in the dining room.
