Experimental Roma in Rome is opening mid-2026 and seeks a skilled Bartender to welcome guests, present the cocktail menu, and drive sales while upholding the highest service standards. The role requires preparing cocktails, guiding guests, and maintaining bar operations.

You will contribute to a vibrant opening, work evenings and weekends, and join a team that values creativity, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality. Training and career development opportunities are offered.

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. ABOUT THE JOB

• Welcoming and assisting customers, presenting the cocktail menu, and promoting sales according to the establishment’s standards,
• Preparing cocktails and providing high-quality service to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer,
• Guiding and supporting the customer throughout their experience,
• Contributing to the improvement of the menu by suggesting new creations,
• Applying and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations,
• Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and the overall upkeep of the bar.

ABOUT YOU

You have proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar. You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally. You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, demonstrate good teamwork, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English. You pay attention to detail and are attentive to customer needs. Finally, you are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
