Job summary

Lefay Resorts & Residences is seeking a Chef de Rang to join our Lago di Garda resort. You will assist guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service, ensuring impeccable service at your station and coordinating closely with the kitchen team.

The role requires excellent English (additional language preferred), a refined appearance, and a strong team spirit, with HACCP hygiene compliance and a professional hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a Hotel Management School.
• Excellent command of English and preferably a second language.
• Elegant appearance and refined demeanor.
• Strong motivation for teamwork.
• Compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in breakfast, lunch and dinner services and room service.
• Support guest reception and manage the assigned station.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and adhere to HACCP standards.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager.
