Interski is looking for a Resort Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily resort operations in the Aosta Valley. This role involves managing a team, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth logistics. The position requires excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive approach.

The role of the Resort Assistant Supervisor is an integral and varied role and assists in every aspect of the Interski operations. It includes duties/tasks conducted by the Resort Assistant plus some additional duties/tasks of a team leader which include creating a rota, briefings with your team, supporting your team and ensuring your team are performing well.
We require our Resort Assistant Supervisor to be an all-rounder, happy to be client facing and just as happy to be working in the background. We require our Resort Assistant Supervisor to be flexible and adaptable as changes often occur when working in an operational environment and will need to have a can do, friendly, proactive, and positive outlook.
You MUST hold a full valid driver’s licence with driving experience and must be willing to drive a manual vehicle, 2 seater to 9 seater vehicles. Remember, you would be working in the Alps therefore you must be prepared to drive in all weather conditions.
Team leaders are expected to remain available to both their team and clients at all times, primarily via phone, to provide support and guidance should any issues arise in resort, attending in person if the situation requires it, regardless of the time of day or night.
Given the seasonal nature of the role, team members are expected to work up to a five-month period with one scheduled day off per week. The workdays can be long and physically demanding, often in varying weather conditions. The Resort Assistants play a key role in a dynamic and varied position that could be ideal for those seeking a multifaceted experience. Responsibilities include working in ski hire, providing on-hill support, assisting clients with resort logistics such as medical centre visits or hospital transfers, airport transfers, and in-resort transportation, as well as preparing, delivering, and collecting rental equipment as well as attendance at après ski events.
The role of Resort Supervisor is to oversee the daily off mountain and resort specific operations in La Thuile & Courmayeur. This will involve leading the resort team comprised of School & College Co-ordinators, Holidays Co-ordinator & Resort Assistants and being the main point of contact for the resort team, group leaders, coach drivers and suppliers. Works closely with the other Supervisor in resort.
