Orla Europe seeks a Residence Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential living environment in Italy. The role focuses on safety, compliance, maintenance and a welcoming resident experience, while coordinating with external contractors and service partners.

You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory adherence, and lead on-site teams with a service-first, discretion-driven approach aligned with Italian expectations. Fluency in Italian and good English are required.

• Proven experience in residential/hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of Italian regulatory requirements for residential buildings.
• Experience managing budgets and cost control.
• Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers in line with local practices.
• Proven leadership of on-site teams and service partners.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residence to ensure smooth and well-organised services.
• Act as the senior on-site reference for residents, staff and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across all areas of the residence.
• Manage on-site team performance, recruit and onboard staff as needed.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
