A leading technology firm based in Italy is seeking a Research and Development Engineer to enhance an ultra-high-resolution inkjet printer prototype. This role involves both hardware and software development to achieve resolutions below 1 micrometer. Ideal candidates will hold an MS in Electrical Engineering or have significant experience with electronic circuits and Python scripting. Smart working arrangements are possible.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, or 2+ years after a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in design, assembly, and testing of electronic circuits.
• Fluency in Python scripting language.

Mansioni

We are looking for a Research and Development Engineer [Ref. P10] who will be in charge of further development and performance boosting of an ultra-high-resolution material inkjet printer prototype (alpha version), which will allow the fabrication of printed microscaled electronic devices.

Responsibilities include both the hardware and software implementation of the next version of the printer, able to obtain resolutions below 1 micrometer.

Smart working arrangements are possible.

Key Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• MS (“Laurea Magistrale” in Italy) or 2+ years after BS (“Laurea Triennale” in Italy) in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications
• Experience in design, assembly and testing of electronic circuits
• Fluency in Python scripting language

Preferred qualifications:

• Development of GUI interfaces
• Mechanical CAD design skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
