What You’ll Work On

Strategic & Planning

• Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
• Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
• Ensure alignment across projects and long‑term strategy

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams’ activities supporting the product development programs
• Manage interdependencies within and between projects
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Identify issues early and implement corrective actions

Resource & Operations Management

• Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency
• Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery

Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
• Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership

What You Bring

• A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach
• Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders and foster consensus also within distributed and cross‑functional teams
• Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward‑thinking proactive approach to problem solving
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
• Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements

Bonus Points

• Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)
• Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real‑time, memory, power)
• Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)
• Experience managing programs from concept, EVT/DVT/PVT, mass production, to EOL
• Exposure to hardware ramp‑up and supply chain constraints
• Ability to coordinate simultaneous HW, FW, SW and cloud releases
