Job summary

Experteer Italy is offering an internship in its RMS Controlling team, focusing on analyzing financial items, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting. You will coordinate data flows, assist in crafting management reports, and gain exposure to controlling processes in a multinational manufacturing group.

The role requires 3-5 years in similar roles, a Master in Business Administration or equivalent, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of SAP ERP and TAGETIK procedures is preferred.

In this internship, you support the RMS Controlling team in analyzing key financial items and trends, contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, and help prepare management information for top management. You will coordinate data flows within RMS controlling and assist in crafting management reports. The role sits within a multinational industrial group and offers exposure to controlling processes in a high-tech manufacturing context. You will experience real-world problem solving and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on impact.

• Process and review key balance sheet and income statement items
• Analyze major business and financial trends
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
• Perform monthly reporting and variance analysis (P&L, Opex, Capex, personnel costs)
• Support BS & Cash Flow analysis
• Draft management reporting for top management
• Pivot and coordinate information/data flows within RMS Controlling
• 3-5 years experience in similar roles
• Master in Business Administration (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in English
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive with strong problem-solving

• Experience in a multinational group or consultancy is a plus
