Job summary

Demont S.r.l. in Millesimo (SV) is seeking a Specialist Controlling & Reporting to support cost control and financial reporting. After onboarding, you will progressively take on analytical management control, period closings, and executive reporting.

The role covers cost center planning, depreciation management, project data, and reporting on revenue, inventory, and margins across segments. Strong Excel and ERP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Economics, Science, or Technical-Mechanical tracks).
• Degree in economics preferred.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP CO/FI modules or equivalent business management systems).
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work toward goals; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• 2–3 years of prior experience at leading audit firms and/or in project-based companies with advanced management control systems.

What We Are Looking For ?

For our office in Millesimo (SV), we are looking for someone to join the cost control department.
After an initial onboarding and training period, the employee will gradually take on responsibilities related to analytical management control and executive reporting, as further detailed below.

Controlling & Cost Control

• Management of the Cost Center Plan and General Cost Orders
• Supervision and management of the work centers and ongoing updates to the distribution cycles
• Depreciation and Amortization Management (Financial Reporting and Management Accounting)
• Management of Periodic Analytical Closings
• Order tracking, including the management of project master data, client orders by project, and cross-sector orders

Reporting & Business Analysis

Preparation of periodic reports regarding:

• Product value, revenue, and outstanding orders (broken down by sector and company)
• Inventory Valuation and Trends
• Operating income by segment and by company
• Variance analysis between planned and actual data, with a focus on profit margins and overhead costs

Required Qualifications
