Euro Staffs in Catania, Sicily, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the safe and optimal operation of renewable energy plants. You will manage O&M activities, coordinate contractors, ensure health and safety, and keep asset performance within budget and schedule.

Travel within the region is expected, with a focus on maximizing availability and reliability of wind and solar assets, while upholding HSQE standards and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders.

Competenze

• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil construction; renewables PM experience preferred.
• Experience with O&M in wind/solar assets and HSQE compliance.
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate safety and quality.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate O&M services; ensure QHSE compliance on site.
• Operate plants with focus on availability and KPI performance.
• Monitor asset status, schedule maintenance, and coordinate root cause analyses.
• Manage contractor engagement, audits, and on-site work plans.
• Prepare monthly reports and support project delivery and improvements.
