Enfinity Global is seeking a Technical Asset Manager (EU) to oversee the technical performance of its Italian solar asset fleet. You will be hands-on in the field for O&M, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance, and lead reporting to investors and stakeholders.

Location: Milan or Rome, with collaboration across the Asset Management Europe team to ensure safe, compliant operations. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management Europe, you will manage budgets, health and safety, warranties, contracts,

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Asset Management or Technical Services for renewable assets.
• Experience managing field operations and O&M activities.
• Strong communication with investors and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Oversee the day-to-day field operations of solar plants in the portfolio.
• Ensure operations meet safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly operating reports and budgets.
• Manage O&M agreements and long-term service contracts.
• Coordinate outages and unplanned maintenance; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead generation budgeting and performance reporting with cross-functional teams.
