Nadara is seeking a motivated Technical Advisory Trainee in Milan to join the Engineering & Construction team. You will support daily management of project documentation, monitor progress, and assist with information flows during the construction phase of renewable energy projects.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, gain hands-on exposure to utility-scale projects, and interact with Clients, EPC contractors, and engineering teams to ensure timely exchange of information and delivery

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or energy related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and ability to work in international environments.
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, PVsyst or MS Project is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day flow of project documentation with supervision.
• Organize, classify, maintain, and archive project documents.
• Maintain document registers and trackers with status updates.
• Monitor documentation flows and deadlines; follow up with stakeholders.
• Distribute project documents to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support progress tracking and milestone reporting with the Project Manager.
• Assist in meetings and ensure timely exchange of information.
