Scopic seeks a Technical Product Engineer for a fully remote position. You will own large features, working from vague goals to shipped software with minimal hand-holding.

Expect rapid iteration, independent UX judgments, and a data-driven approach to product decisions. Ideal candidates have 4-5+ years of software development experience, fluency with AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, Codex), and a full-stack mindset.

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience, solid engineering fundamentals.
• Proven high agency: shipping with ambiguous goals and no detailed specs.
• Fluent with AI-assisted/agentic development workflows (Claude Code, Codex).
• Full-stack range across the stack, not siloed to one layer.
• Strong product instincts and UX/prioritization awareness.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Track record of shipping side projects or 0-to-1 work.
• Clear, concise communication with minimal check-ins.
