Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Talent Operations Manager (Remote) to optimize talent acquisition processes and improve operational efficiency across global teams. This full-time role focuses on scalable hiring initiatives and enhancing candidate experience.

You will design scalable frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional partners, monitor metrics to remove bottlenecks, and lead ATS/HRIS implementations to ensure data accuracy and compliant practices.

Competenze
