Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Platform Systems Analyst for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will evaluate computer systems and networks to optimize operations and support business objectives across a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities include system upgrades, documentation, and proactive performance monitoring, along with guiding end-users and IT staff on best practices to ensure reliable IT services.

Competenze

• Experience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline system management tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems.
