Job summary

Jobgether, representing a partner studio, seeks a Senior Storyboard Concept Artist (Games | Visual Storytelling) to work remotely from Italy. You will translate briefs and gameplay moments into storyboards guiding animation, cinematics, and in-game storytelling.

You will lead visual development and craft camera language while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to balance cinematic impact with gameplay readability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in storyboarding or related visual storytelling.
• Experience in game development or narrative-driven media.
• Strong portfolio of storyboards, cinematics, and character acting.
• Excellent drawing fundamentals and timing.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual development of story sequences for gameplay, cinematics, and narrative moments.
• Develop camera language, composition, pacing, and transitions for clear storytelling.
• Convey character personality through poses and expressions.
• Create thumbnails, keyframes, and references to explore directions.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, artists to refine concepts.
• Prepare storyboards for animatics and in-game implementation.
