Pragmatike is hiring for a senior DevOps engineer to join a fully remote team across EU time zones. You will operate and scale Kubernetes in production, maintain Linux infrastructure, and implement automation using Ansible, Bash/Python, and GitOps.

Expect strong networking work, virtualization, and robust observability practices. The role emphasizes reliability, on-call coverage, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovative cloud-native solutions.

Competenze

• Expert-level operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong networking skills including VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, and multi-site connectivity.
• Proficient Linux system administration (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Experience building automation workflows (Ansible, Bash/Python, Git-based).
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Graylog).
• Background with virtualization technologies (OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware).
• Ability to design complex network architectures and SRE-like reliability practices.

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain Linux-based infrastructure.
• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Oversee cluster lifecycle: upgrades, node pools, networking, storage, security hardening.
• Implement automation for provisioning and operations using Ansible and GitOps.
• Design networking architecture including VLANs, VPNs, multi-site connectivity.
• Build automated deployment workflows (PXE, cloud-init).
• Maintain observability stacks and incident response processes.
• Coordinate on-call rotations and post-incident reviews.
