Ecolab seeks a Sr Global Technical Consultant to work with Personal Care and Pharmaceutical customers across Europe. The role involves on-site visits, site surveys, and guidance on cleaning, disinfection, validation, and regulatory compliance to improve product quality and plant hygiene.

Based in Europe with a remote setup, the position requires extensive travel and collaboration with sales teams to drive implementations and best practices. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with operations or engineering focus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to travel 50%+ of the time in EU.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems across Personal Care and Pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.
• Conduct customer technical visits and site surveys, review processes and cleaning/disinfection products, and provide documented recommendations.
• Assist the customer in their change control process, including project management support, SOP guidance, and validation training.
• Conduct customer-facing seminars and internal training on GMPs, cleaning validation principles, and best practices.
• Help communicate best practices to the larger field sales organization.
• Provide leadership on unique customer projects beyond the typical scope of account managers.
• Ensure brand standards and timely completion of final reports.
