Job summary

Ikiplan Advisory Ltd. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage FP&A, day-to-day finance operations, and multi-client accounting for growing US software businesses.

You will report to the founder, Valerio Siviero, and own forecasting, budgeting, variances, and KPI reporting. Ideal candidates bring strong FP&A and practical accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience building and refining financial models in Excel or Google Sheets while integrating automation and AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with multiple forecasting cycles.
• Start-up/scaleup experience in software or services; ARR $2M–$15M.
• Experience with US businesses and US tax requirements.
• Strong financial modelling in Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on accounting including US GAAP and month-end reporting.
• Operational finance experience incl. bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, tax.
• Commercial finance experience with founders/CFOs.
• Experience with QuickBooks/Xero and platforms Stripe/Ramp.
• AI/automation proficiency to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A delivery: rolling forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, KPI reporting.
• Build and improve models linking accounting, ops data and context.
• Automate processes with AI agents and automated workflows.
• Handle finance operations: accounting, invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, month-end.
